To integrate JoomGallery 4 (JG 4) into your website, you need the following requirements.

The JoomGallery 4 is a component for the content management system: Joomla!
The Joomla version must be at least 4.4.0. (Joomla 3 and older J! versions NOT work with JG4!)
Currently, however, it should be at least Joomla version 5.0.0 and higher.
It is always best to use the latest version of Joomla. You can find these HERE...We have structured the JG 4 code so that it will also run in the future Joomla 6 version.
In order to run Joomla 5 including JG 4 on your site, you need, among other things, a database that is at least version
MySQL 8.0.13 or higher or
Database MariaDB 10.4.0 or higher or
PostgreSQL 12.0 or higher.
The PHP version for the JG 4 should be at least PHP 8.1 or higher (preferably 8.3+ at the moment).
